Requesting Public Records Under the Freedom of Information Act 

Any person, business, or organization requesting records of the Tri-Township Public Library in Troy, Illinois under the Freedom of Information Act shall make a request in writing by presenting it via mail, fax, or email directed to FOIA officer, Elizabeth Fischer. 

Any Record Requests can be faxed to 618-667-6866 or emailed to Elizabeth Fischer. 

Requests can also be delivered in person during normal business hours of Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or mailed to :
